Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions
- Must pass Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification (E-Verify)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment demands
Job Duties
- Bus tables and clean dining areas
- Reset tables promptly and properly
- Address cleanliness and service needs in public areas
- Recommend and upsell food and drink items
- Answer phones in a prompt and professional manner
- Support all areas of the restaurant as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
