The position of Busser at Walk-On's is a part-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Manager on Duty. Bussers are essential to maintaining a smooth and efficient dining experience. They ensure that tables are cleaned, reset quickly, and that dining areas look championship-ready at all times. Bussers act as supportive teammates who assist servers by running food, refilling drinks, and anticipating guest needs. They play a key role in sanitation and safety by setting up and maintaining sanitation stations and adhering to all cleaning and safety guidelines.

This position requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Bussers arrive on time, dressed in uniform, and ready to hustle.
