Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform duties including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects 25lbs
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths, sweep debris from under tables and chairs
- Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning
- Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service
- Greet guests with a smiling welcoming presence
- Manage our wait list as needed in an organized and positive demeanor
- Receive and enter take out order via the telephone or online ordering system
- Accurately handle cash/credit transactions
