The Slopeside team within Blue Mountain Resort is currently seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual driven to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to creating lasting guest experiences and be part of a growing restaurant team that enjoys a beautiful view and delicious food. The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness and timely service, ensuring guests have the most enjoyable dining experience possible. Responsibilities include keeping tables, chairs, booths, and floors clean, removing used tableware during meals, sanitizing dining areas, and providing essential support to servers and food runners, particularly during busy periods or with large parties. This role requires a willingness to learn and adapt to various duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the dining room. Individuals aged 16 or older who possess a friendly attitude and strong communication skills will find this role both rewarding and dynamic.

Job Requirements
- the ability to provide outstanding guest service
- a desire to be an integral part of a growing restaurant team
- the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests
- basic knowledge of restaurant and dining operations is a plus
- willingness to learn new skills
- must be at least 16 years of age
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- punctual and detail-oriented

Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness of tables, chairs, booths, floors, and other areas of the restaurant as assigned
- remove used tableware during guests' meals
- clean and sanitize tables and seats after guests depart
- unload, sort, and stack dishes and glassware to designated dish wash areas
- inspect assigned restroom areas every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- assist servers and food runners to deliver meals to guests in large parties or during peak periods
- fill in for other roles as needed to ensure smooth operation of the dining room, as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
- attend all staff meetings as assigned
