Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand walk and carry moderate loads for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Bus tables clear and wipe down tables
Remove trash and linen bags when full
Help servers sweep dining room
Bring bar bus tubs to the dish area empty rinse and replace
Adhere to all relevant health department rules regulations and all customer service guidelines
