The role of Janitor Busser at Twin Peaks is crucial for upholding the cleanliness and sanitation standards of the restaurant. This job entails maintaining an organized, spotless restaurant setting, adhering strictly to hygiene protocols, and supporting a smooth and efficient operational flow. The job involves physical activity including standing, walking, handling cleaning tools, and lifting items up to 15 pounds. The work environment features occasional exposure to kitchen fumes, humidity, cleaning chemicals, and smoke from smoking sections in some locations.
Candidates will undergo a thorough training program designed to familiarize them with the operational policies and sanitation requirements of Twin Peaks. This training ensures that all team members are fully prepared to contribute effectively from day one, maintaining the standards expected by both the franchisee and the Twin Peaks brand as a whole. Successful completion of this training, including any necessary certifications related to local regulations, is mandatory prior to working unsupervised. Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Attendance and successful completion of orientation and training programs
- Compliance with local and state regulations including food and alcohol service certifications
- Ability to work in fast-paced restaurant environments
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
