Job Requirements

arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording and completing task prompts
interacts with guests to provide highest customer service and create exceptional guest experiences
works directly with team members to fulfill guests' needs promptly
assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
assists servers with non-alcoholic beverage delivery and refills
assists servers in running food while following food handling guidelines
acknowledges guests in friendly manner
provides immediate responses to guests' requests
assists with table quality check backs
cleans tables and spills during guest visits
pre-busses dishware
final removal of plate and glassware after guests leave
resets tables including silverware and cleanliness
collects bus tubs
empties trash cans
ensures proper food handling and sanitation
accomplishes end-of-shift side work
washes hands every 20 minutes
maintains sanitized work areas
supports front of house as needed
communicates positively with team and management
provides exceptional service throughout shift
physically capable of standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, lifting up to 30 lbs, working with varying noise levels
minimum age 18 as per law

Job Qualifications

must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
possess effective communication skills
capable of working alone and with a team
experience in customer service preferred but not required
strong attention to detail
commitment to following safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties

works collaboratively with team members to fulfill guests' needs and requests promptly
assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
assists servers in making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
provides non-alcoholic drink refills to guests
assists servers in running food and ensuring proper food handling
acknowledges guests within five feet in a friendly manner
responds immediately to guests' requests and inquiries
assists with table quality check back for guest satisfaction
cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
pre-busses dishware as guests finish eating
removes all plate and glassware after guests depart
resets tables timely with perfect silverware setup and cleanliness
collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
empties trash cans in the restaurant
ensures food handling and sanitation of work areas
completes end-of-shift side work preparing for next shift
