Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and able to smile consistently during shifts
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow company sanitation procedures
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Team player attitude
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- Ensure wait stations remain clean
- Empty trash and perform spot sweeps as needed
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes
- Buss and reset tables
- Assist guests by clearing dishes, glassware and refilling beverages
- Assist in party setup
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- Clean high chairs and booster seats
- Assist other team members as needed
- Smile and remain friendly during work hours
