Busser team members are responsible for promptly addressing issues, supporting food and beverage service, and maintaining sanitation standards. They assist in party setups, manage trash and cleanliness, and ensure the smooth operation of wait stations. This position requires friendly and clear communication skills alongside the ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Experience in restaurants or bars is preferred but not mandatory, as the company values positive attitude and teamwork. The position requires the physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform frequent reaching, bending, and stooping. Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- Ensure wait stations remain clean
- Empty trash and perform spot sweeps as needed
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes
- Buss and reset tables
- Assist guests by clearing dishes, glassware and refilling beverages
- Assist in party setup
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- Clean high chairs and booster seats
- Assist other team members as needed
- Smile and remain friendly during work hours
