Job Requirements

Proven experience as a janitor busser
ability to communicate in English
ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
successful completion of orientation and training programs
physical ability to perform the essential functions including standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, and lifting up to 15 pounds
adherence to uniform and grooming standards
willingness to work in environments exposed to fumes, humidity, chemicals, and smoke

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a janitor busser
ability to communicate in English
ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
successful completion of training programs related to restaurant cleaning and sanitation
compliance with local and state regulations such as food and alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

Adhering to uniform standards
adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
ability to work as a team
train using tablets or computer
ability to work in a fast paced environment
any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
