The Busser position at Mesero is offered on both part-time and full-time employment bases, with a pay rate starting at $7.25 per hour. This role is fundamental to the seamless operation of the dining experience, supporting servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and management to ensure guests receive impeccable service. A Busser at Mesero is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, setting tables quickly and efficiently, and supporting the front-of-house areas including restrooms, ensuring a pristine environment throughout each shift. Job Requirements

- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- up to date food handler certification as required by state laws
- prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred

Job Duties
- assist team members in removing dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables between courses and deliver them to the dishwashing area
- assist servers during peak times by delivering dishes to tables, refilling drinks, and helping with any additional table service
- greet guest at the table with chips and salsa within 2 minutes of seating
- keep chips and salsa station fully stocked throughout the shift
- communicate effectively with hosts and servers to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
- once guest leave, clean, sanitize and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-house area, including all tables, chairs, and floors
- restrooms checked, stocked and clean every 15 minutes throughout the day
- assist in other areas of the restaurant as directed by management to ensure smooth operations
