Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
strong communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift up to 25 pounds
up to date food handler certification as required by state laws
prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

assist team members in removing dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables between courses and deliver them to the dishwashing area
assist servers during peak times by delivering dishes to tables, refilling drinks, and helping with any additional table service
greet guest at the table with chips and salsa within 2 minutes of seating
keep chips and salsa station fully stocked throughout the shift
communicate effectively with hosts and servers to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
once guest leave, clean, sanitize and reset tables quickly and efficiently
ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-house area, including all tables, chairs, and floors
restrooms checked, stocked and clean every 15 minutes throughout the day
assist in other areas of the restaurant as directed by management to ensure smooth operations
