In the role of Busser, you will play a crucial part in supporting the wait staff and bartenders by ensuring a clean and orderly dining environment. Your responsibilities will include cleaning tables efficiently, taking plates, utensils, and drinkware back to the kitchen for washing, keeping diners’ water glasses full, and resetting tables quickly for the next service. Bussers also assist servers by helping to bring food out to tables and restocking essential dining room supplies such as utensils and napkins. This role demands stamina and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, as well as cooperation and communication with other team members including servers, bartenders, and cooks.
