Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Remove dirty dishes and other items from the tables when appropriate
  • wipe down tables, chairs, and booths
  • keep floors and carpets free of debris
  • empty trash bin in the bus station
  • keep dishes, silverware, cups, etc. stocked
  • assist servers in taking beverage orders and in delivering refilling beverages
  • pre-buss tables when appropriate
  • handle special cleaning duties and emergency cleaning such as spills
  • keep the lobby and restrooms clean
  • keep bussing station organized and free of clutter
