Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bussing or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- excellent interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Remove dirty dishes and other items from the tables when appropriate
- wipe down tables, chairs, and booths
- keep floors and carpets free of debris
- empty trash bin in the bus station
- keep dishes, silverware, cups, etc. stocked
- assist servers in taking beverage orders and in delivering refilling beverages
- pre-buss tables when appropriate
- handle special cleaning duties and emergency cleaning such as spills
- keep the lobby and restrooms clean
- keep bussing station organized and free of clutter
