Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Able to stand or walk during 6-8 hour shifts
- Must be able to read menus and speak English
- Ability to bend, stoop, and perform cleaning duties
- Clear communication skills with team and guests
- Professional phone skills and ability to hear well in noisy environments
- Authorized to work without night shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Good physical stamina to lift up to 70 lbs and remain on feet for long periods
- Professional phone and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Ensure tables and beverage areas are clean and properly set up
- Work with servers and host/hostesses to provide a welcoming dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Restock necessary supplies
- Clear dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly
- Assist in detail cleaning and re-stocking of restaurant areas
- Communicate guest needs to servers, hostesses, and managers
