Job Duties
- Assist servers with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service
- ensure tables are properly set with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and tableware
- provide prompt support by refilling water glasses, delivering bread and condiments, and assisting with food and beverage service
- monitor dining areas to ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly for the next guests
- assist in running food and drink orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure coordinated service
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing as needed
- coordinate with servers to prioritize and deliver food orders promptly
- ensure food items are presented and explained according to RosaNegra’s high standards
- other duties as assigned
