- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- valid Food Handler's Card
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- ensure quality service to a diverse customer base
- maintain a clean dining room or facilities throughout shift
- thoroughly clean tables and reset for next guest
- replenish stock throughout shift
- assist servers in clearing guests tables
- follow safety regulations and procedures
- maintain a clean work area and complete daily assigned sidework
- anticipate guests needs to ensure a great dining experience
