Job Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is preferred

- able to work flexible schedules including weekends
Job Duties
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting
- promptly and consistently reset all serviceware as prescribed
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen, and condiments
- wipe down booths and chairs
- move tables and chairs
- clean floors as necessary
- serve guests beverages, breads and butter and replenish as necessary
- assist servers with food and beverage service
- transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- fold napkins throughout the day to maintain supply
- perform assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
- clean unexpected spills
- handle special guest requests
- greet and seat guests
- perform other duties as assigned
