The role being offered is that of a Busser, an essential team member responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area to ensure smooth table turnover and a welcoming environment for guests. Bussers at First Watch play a crucial role by quickly and efficiently clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables, typically within three minutes, to accommodate new guests promptly. Beyond the physical tasks, Bussers act as silent communicators who inform hosts when tables are ready for seating, facilitating seamless coordination among the front-of-house team. The position does not include night shifts, aligning with First Watch’s commitment to employee work-life balance.
