The Busser position at Acts is an entry level role ideal for those starting their careers with no prior experience required. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment to enhance the overall resident and guest experience. As a Busser, you will be responsible for clearing tables, assisting waitstaff in setting up tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring serving stations are stocked with essentials like napkins, utensils, and condiments. The position is student-friendly with flexible schedules to accommodate academic commitments, accompanied by robust programs such as scholarships and referral bonuses to support growth and development. Job Requirements
- Entry level position with on-the-job training
- Minors under the age of 18 must obtain a valid work permit if required by the state
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and carrying items
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
