First Watch values teamwork, open communication, and independence on the job, making it an ideal workplace for individuals who enjoy a collaborative yet empowered work environment.

In addition to a supportive work culture, First Watch offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees and their families. These include health insurance coverage, dental and vision plans, access to telemedicine for medical and behavioral health, flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care, and a 401(k) retirement savings program. Employees benefit from a 50% meal discount for themselves and eligible family members at any company restaurant and receive access to educational programs such as tuition reimbursement and high school diploma opportunities. Other perks include child and elder care support, supplemental insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and premium wellness app subscriptions, among others.

Ideal candidates for the Busser position are those who value teamwork and bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to the table. The role requires the ability to quickly and effectively prepare tables for new guests, communicate availability to Hosts and Servers, and perform housekeeping duties to maintain a welcoming environment for all patrons. The minimum age for applicants is 18 years.
