Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system
- Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests with choices
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and ensure accuracy with delivery drivers
- Deliver excellent hospitality experiences by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher stations, and reset tables
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
- Assist with catering orders including delivery when applicable
