Chang's is currently hiring full-time and part-time hourly Bussers, Runners, or Service Assistants to support both dine-in and takeout restaurant operations.

This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth restaurant operations by performing various supporting duties such as bussing tables, running food to guests, and assisting with catering orders, including delivery when necessary. The positions offer paid on-the-job training, ensuring that even those without prior experience can thrive and advance within the company. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system
  • Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette

  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests with choices
  • Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and ensure accuracy with delivery drivers
  • Deliver excellent hospitality experiences by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher stations, and reset tables
  • Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
  • Assist with catering orders including delivery when applicable
