Job Duties
- Embody our core values
- know the floor and bar plans and customer positions
- understand table maintenance ensuring customers are set up for success
- stock the bars with necessary product and service tools and maintain them throughout the shift
- follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing and daily versus weekly cleaning tasks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of busser areas
- adherence to San Patricios' team member handbook
- perform related duties as requested by leadership teams
- be a team player working with other team members when needed or required
- be an effective communicator post, during, and pre-shift, alerting team members to operational issues or concerns
