Job Duties

  • Embody our core values
  • know the floor and bar plans and customer positions
  • understand table maintenance ensuring customers are set up for success
  • stock the bars with necessary product and service tools and maintain them throughout the shift
  • follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing and daily versus weekly cleaning tasks
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of busser areas
  • adherence to San Patricios' team member handbook
  • perform related duties as requested by leadership teams
  • be a team player working with other team members when needed or required
  • be an effective communicator post, during, and pre-shift, alerting team members to operational issues or concerns
