Your duties will involve restocking essential items such as dishware and silverware, cleaning floors and chairs in your designated section, and supporting hosts by setting up highchairs and boosters and communicating table availability discreetly using hand signals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both guests and restaurant staff, a cooperative attitude, and the ability to memorize tasks and expedite server requests promptly. Physical agility and stamina are necessary, as the role requires reaching, bending, carrying trays up to 25 pounds, and bus boxes up to 40 pounds.
