Job Requirements
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- Follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording and end-of-shift prompts
- Provides highest level of customer service adhering to company standards
- Works directly with team members to meet guest needs promptly
- Maintains cleanliness and safety standards
- Demonstrates ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to support all front of house functions as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- Assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- Assists with providing guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
- Assists servers in running food to and from guests while ensuring proper food handling guidelines
- Acknowledges all guests within five feet in a friendly manner
- Provides immediate responses to guests' requests and inquiries
- Assists servers with performing table quality check back
- Cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
- Assists servers in pre-bussing dishware
- Provides final removal of plate and glassware after guests depart
- Resets all tables promptly including silverware setup and cleanliness
- Collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- Empties trash cans in the restaurant
- Ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Completes end-of-shift side work including restocking work areas
