Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
  • frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
  • manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems
  • ability to move quickly in fast-paced environment
  • visual ability including distance, close, color, depth, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus as needed
  • ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California-based positions
  • compliance with Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior restaurant or hospitality experience beneficial
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in team environment
  • basic food and beverage knowledge
  • customer service orientation
  • willingness to learn and grow in role

Job Duties

  • Bus, clean, and properly reset tables
  • address cleanliness and service needs in public areas
  • maintain general knowledge of food and drink menu
  • recommend and upsell products
  • answer phones promptly and professionally
  • support all areas of the restaurant as needed
  • commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures
