Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- ability to stand for entire shift
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- flexibility to work long hours
- adherence to hotel standards of appearance and grooming
- attendance at required meetings and trainings
- ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- maintain regular attendance
- ability to handle and solve problems proactively
- maintain friendly and warm demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist servers in providing high-quality service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas
- keep tables clean and properly set with china, glassware, silverware, and linen
- break down trays of soiled dishes and linen according to standards
- deliver and refill beverages for guests
- pre-bus tables and promptly address guest requests
- complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to checklist
