Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Food service experience in a resort is preferred
- ability to walk and stand for 8 hours or more
- able to safely lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 lbs
- able to safely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in Florida's hot climate for 8 hours or more
- open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- decorate tables following proper outlet protocol for guests arrival
- place tableware and condiments on tables
- remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed
- clean and reset tables after guests leave
- maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
