Job Requirements

high school diploma or ged
minimum three months of related experience or training preferred
must be able to read, write and communicate in english
must be able to perform simple mathematical operations
must be able to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
must be able to work under pressure during busy periods
must obtain and maintain a food handlers card
may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
no driving responsibilities
physical ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and up to 40 pounds occasionally
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and dining rooms
ensure the floor is clean and presentable
dispose of refuse including boxes
keep walkways clear of debris
clear and wipe down tables and remove food trays
restock condiments, plastic ware, coffee, and other necessary items
restock ice bins at the start and during shifts
deliver food and condiments to guests
assist team members and management with special assignments
support efficient operation of the department
