We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Server Support Team members. This role is essential in ensuring that all guests have a positive and friendly experience when they visit our restaurant. The Server Support Team members are tasked with a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the front of house. These duties include warmly greeting guests as they arrive, accommodating special seating requests, managing guest seating efficiently, and providing estimated wait times when immediate seating is limited. In addition, they call out parties as tables become available and assist in ensuring tables are properly presented and complete with menus.

The Server Support position also involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in key areas such as the entrance, lobby, dining room, and restrooms to uphold the high standards of our establishment. Team members in this role support servers by maintaining and stocking service stations, transporting bus tubs with dishes to the dish room, cleaning and resetting tables, and assisting with takeout order processing including food and beverage orders. Handling payments accurately and thanking guests enthusiastically are also critical components of the role, as is performing additional side work at the start and end of each shift. Flexibility and willingness to step in wherever needed under the guidance of restaurant management is vital for success in this position.
