Job Requirements
- No previous food service experience necessary
- Possess verbal and language skills to communicate effectively with guests
- Basic math skills for handling money
- Ability to stand for long periods up to 5 hours
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver plates and supplies up to 10 pounds
- Bussers need ability to lift and transport bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet all arriving guests warmly and promptly
- Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
- Seat guests based on preferences and balancing customer flow
- Record guest names and party sizes when immediate seating is limited
- Provide estimated waiting times
- Call out party names and numbers when tables become available
- Offer menus upon seating and inspect tables for presentation and completeness
- Relay messages to servers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of entrance, lobby, dining room, and restrooms
- Assist servers in maintaining and stocking service stations
- Transport bus tubs with dirty dishes to dish room if needed
- Clean and reset tables promptly
- Take food and beverage orders for takeout and enter orders in point-of-sale system
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
- Perform assigned side work at start and end of shifts
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
