Randall's Restaurant is currently seeking a part-time Busser to join its experienced front-of-house team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining area by supporting servers and ensuring that guests have a positive and welcoming experience. The Busser is responsible for keeping the dining environment clean and organized, which directly contributes to the restaurant's high standards of service. Duties include clearing and resetting tables promptly with clean linens and silverware, refilling water glasses, and assisting servers to meet guest needs efficiently. Additionally, the Busser ensures that the dining space remains presentable by wiping down tables, managing spills, sweeping the floor, and emptying trash bins.
This role demands a highly motivated individual who can work well within a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience is not required since training will be provided, the ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. The position requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, accommodating private events that may take place outside of regular business hours.
