Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items and assist guests in choosing options
- Review orders with guests or delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, buss dishes to the kitchen, and reset tables
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
