Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and point of sale (POS) system
  • Must be able to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering and guide guests on menu choices
  • Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
  • Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher, and reset tables as needed
  • Remove bus tubs from bar to kitchen dishwasher
  • Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • Understand restaurant seating layout and server areas to effectively deliver food
  • Serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeout
