Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required
- Must have excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and point of sale (POS) system
- Must be able to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Must have or be willing to obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering and guide guests on menu choices
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher, and reset tables as needed
- Remove bus tubs from bar to kitchen dishwasher
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout and server areas to effectively deliver food
- Serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeout
