Currently, CopperTop Tavern is seeking fun and energetic individuals to join our team in various hourly positions on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity requiring no previous experience, making it accessible to those motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.   • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capable of continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands

Job Duties

  • Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Work directly with FOH staff to ensure all of the guest’s needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Acknowledge all guests in a smiling, friendly manner
  • Assist servers in pre-bussing dishware as the guests finish eating
  • Responsible for the final removal of all plate and glassware after a guest departs from the table
  • Reset all tables within a timely manner after guest departure including the silverware setup and cleanliness detail
  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation of work areas including cleanliness upon departing from restrooms
  • Communicate with FOH staff and management to keep one another informed, wears a headset
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
