Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
- ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior restaurant or food service experience helpful but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage served
- excellent communication and customer service skills

- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Bus, clean, and properly reset tables
- address cleanliness and service needs in public areas
- recommend and upsell food and drink menu items
- answer phones promptly and professionally
- support all restaurant areas as needed
- ensure safe food handling and sanitation
- work effectively as part of the team
