Job Duties
- Remove dirty dishes and other items from the tables when appropriate
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and booths
- Keep floors and carpets free of debris
- Empty trash bin in the bus station
- Keep dishes, silverware, cups, etc. stocked
- Assist servers in taking beverage orders and in delivering refilling beverages
- Pre-buss tables when appropriate
- Handle special cleaning duties and emergency cleaning such as spills
- Keep the lobby and restrooms clean
- Keep bussing station organized and free of clutter
