Job Requirements

  • Must be physically capable of constant movement including heavy lifting
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • available for all University of Michigan football home games
  • availability for evening and night shifts
  • must be able to bend, twist, pull, and push
  • willingness to work in a high-energy, fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment preferred
  • ability to work in a physically demanding role
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • positive attitude and commitment to quality
  • ability to remain calm and patient in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Completes standard processes using endorsed methods
  • supports other team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience

  • maintains composure, remains calm and patient despite dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • has an intimate knowledge of floor plan

  • requires constant movement between kitchen, bar and floor and up/down stairs
  • protects restaurant and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety standards and policies
  • keeps the restaurant clean: bags and hauls dining room trash to dumpster at designated times
