Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- assure and maintain the highest standards of service sanitation and hospitality by keeping a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
- act with a sense of urgency and communicate when tables are ready to be seated
- perform stationary opening and closing set up for each shift
- roll silverware
- ensure restroom cleanliness
- support servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly
- assist in maintaining overall dining area cleanliness
