Job Duties

  • Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Work directly with FOH staff to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Acknowledge all guest in a smiling, friendly manner
  • Assist servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
  • Remove all plate and glassware after guest departure
  • Reset tables promptly after guest departure including silverware setup and cleanliness details
  • Practice proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
  • Communicate with FOH staff and management via headset
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
