Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience in an upscale restaurant setting preferred
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
must be physically fit to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods
must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler's Card
must have or be willing to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification if required by law
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3 months of experience in an upscale restaurant setting preferred
exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification if required by law

Job Duties

Clear tables with meticulous attention to detail and speed
replenish condiments and other tabletop items promptly and proactively
clean and sanitize tables and chairs between courses, maintaining a spotless dining area
help ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service
attend to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly and discreetly
anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance, exceeding expectations whenever possible
collaborate effectively with servers, fellow bussers, and other staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
