We are currently hiring for the role of Busser at Twin City Grill. Bussers play a crucial role in supporting the service team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. The position requires teamwork, good organization skills, and attentiveness to the needs of both guests and staff. Bussers are responsible for cleaning and resetting tables efficiently, transporting dishes to the bus tubs and dish room, and assisting with barista duties when needed. A typical shift involves handling an eight-table section, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create a welcoming environment through friendly interactions. The role demands physical stamina including the ability to safely move chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats, as well as lift varying weights up to 50 pounds. The work environment can be busy, crowded, and includes variable noise and temperature levels. Successful bussers communicate effectively, multitask calmly under pressure, and work cooperatively with other team members to maintain smooth service flow.
