The restaurant's mission goes beyond just serving food; it aims to ignite fire and joy not only in its guests but also within its team and the communities it serves. Rooted in values such as teamwork, integrity, excellence, humility, and the unique spirit of 'Deixa Comigo' (meaning 'we've got you'), Fogo de Chao fosters a workplace environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.

This position requires individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are capable of standing and walking for extended periods, and willingly collaborate with others in a team-oriented setting.

The position offers a fixed hourly wage of $16.00 and is also tip-eligible, providing an attractive compensation package for both full-time and part-time team members. Full-time employees gain access to a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and short-term disability coverage after 60 days of employment. Part-time employees also receive access to vital health plans and voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, legal assistance, and ID protection. Fogo de Chao is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and E Verify Employer, dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
