After one year, employees are eligible for paid family and medical leave, medical and dental insurance options, and a 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions. Other perks include discounts on cellphones, travel, electronics, and much more. If you are looking for a fulfilling and supportive work environment where you can contribute to guest satisfaction while advancing your career, Olive Garden warmly welcomes you to join their team and be part of their family-oriented culture that values and rewards hard work.
