The Service Assistant, also known as a Busser, plays an essential role in the operational success of the restaurant. This position is about much more than just clearing tables; it’s about contributing to a vibrant and welcoming dining experience. As a Service Assistant at On The Border, you will be responsible for delivering warm chips and salsa to guests upon seating, refilling nonalcoholic beverages, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for new patrons. This role supports the front-of-house team by completing prep work and helping maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Delivering glorious OTB chips and salsa to guest as they are seated and re-filling nonalcoholic beverages
- Maintaining a clean restaurant - emptying trash, keeping bathrooms and service areas clean and tidy
- Assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guest
- Completing assigned prep work so we are stocked and set up for success
