The role of Service Assistant, commonly known as Busser, at On The Border is more than just assisting with basic restaurant duties. This position is key to delivering an excellent dining experience for guests by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The Service Assistant is responsible for promptly delivering the initial chips and salsa to guests as they are seated, a distinctive signature of On The Border’s hospitality. Additionally, this role includes refilling nonalcoholic beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and restrooms, clearing and resetting tables efficiently, and assisting with prep work to keep the restaurant stocked and ready for smooth operations.   • completing assigned prep work to ensure the restaurant is stocked and set up for success
