Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1 plus years of Busser experience in a fast-paced hospitality atmosphere
  • Must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler's training and certification

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of Busser experience in a high-volume hospitality or fine dining atmosphere
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of performance
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards
  • Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration
  • Provides exceptional service to guests

Job Duties

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork
  • Fill and empty bus carts, properly stack dirty dishes and assist guests with a positive attitude
  • Clear and carry dirty dishes to the dish stations
  • Sanitize tables and chairs, removing debris from the floor, sweeping and mopping as necessary
  • Replace/refill condiments and clean dirty condiment-dispensing containers
  • Roll and replenish silverware stock
  • Complete all side work tasks
  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave
  • Inform guests of any food and beverage specials
  • Assist with food running, serving drinks, and seating guests
  • Communicate with management professionally and involve them immediately in guest recovery issues
  • Other duties as assigned
