Job Requirements

  • No previous experience required, training provided
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation and safety practices
  • Have or willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests with choices
  • Review orders with guests at pickup or delivery and with delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station
  • Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout as needed
