Job Requirements

No previous experience required, training provided
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system
Ability to execute proper sanitation and safety practices
Have or willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable
Effective communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests with choices
Review orders with guests at pickup or delivery and with delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout as needed
