- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system
- Ability to execute proper sanitation and safety practices
- Have or willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests with choices
- Review orders with guests at pickup or delivery and with delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout as needed
