Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables after guests leave
  • provide refills on water and iced tea for servers and bartenders
  • remove used tableware between courses
  • check and clean floor, bar, and restrooms as needed
  • remove clean dishes from dish station and restock in appropriate areas
  • clean up spills quickly with minimal disturbance to guests
  • assist with food delivery, especially during peak periods and large parties
  • thank guests and inquire about their dining experience
  • respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate as needed
  • demonstrate flexibility to support smooth restaurant operations
