Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be comfortable with changing schedules and varying hours
- Willingness to work as part of a team and support hospitality goals
- Union membership as required by Local 6 Union
- No schedule restrictions due to union requirements
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated alignment with Hilton’s core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency
Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist food server(s) with table service, including serving beverages and breads
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
