The role being offered is that of a Busperson at Boyd Gaming Corporation, a vital position within the dynamic and fast-paced restaurant and casino hospitality environment. This full-time position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an enthusiastic approach to customer service. The Busperson is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas by removing soiled dishes, silverware, and glassware, as well as properly setting up tables in accordance with established company standards. Beyond maintaining the tidiness of the dining environment, the Busperson plays a key role in supporting smooth service delivery by promptly fulfilling and refilling beverage orders for guests and assisting in the timely flow of orders between the kitchen and the guest. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to carry up to 40 pounds and remain standing or walking for long periods.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests courteously, attending to drink orders, transporting bus tubs of soiled dishes to the kitchen dishwasher area, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of side stations and work areas. The Busperson is also involved in checking dishes for presentation and accuracy, assisting in final dish preparation, upholding quality and sanitation standards, and remedying customer complaints as they arise. Completing side work as required to ensure optimal dining service is a fundamental part of the role.
