The Renaissance Framingham Hotel and Conference Center is currently seeking friendly and customer-focused Bussers to join their dynamic team. As a Buser, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the dining areas, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant dining experience. The role primarily involves cleaning tables and work areas, assisting in food preparation, and maintaining stock and cleanliness of workstations. In addition, Bussers are responsible for removing glasses, dinner dishes, and silverware from occupied tables, clearing empty tables of linens, dishes, and debris, and resetting tables promptly to prepare for new guests. Delivering food accurately to tables, replenishing food and beverages, and taking additional orders when required are also important responsibilities.

This role requires someone who can work quickly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area. You will also assist servers with all aspects of service to create a positive dining experience for guests. Attention to detail, such as cleaning spills and breakage immediately, keeping floors clean and dry, and ensuring windows and glass surfaces are spotless, is essential. Maintaining personal hygiene and adhering to appearance, attendance, and punctuality standards are crucial to uphold the hotel's professional image.
