Established in 1919, Hilton has expanded its presence internationally, operating a diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts that cater to a wide range of travelers—from luxury vacationers to business professionals. The company emphasizes innovation, integrity, and teamwork as core values that drive its success and foster a supportive work environment for its employees. Hilton's commitment to excellence extends beyond guest satisfaction to include the professional growth and well-being of its team members. Hilton provides a dynamic workplace where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and advance their careers within the hospitality sector.

The role of a Busperson at Hilton is vital to maintaining the seamless flow of service within the hotel's dining venues. This position involves setting and clearing tables efficiently and ensuring that all service stations are fully stocked and organized. As a Busperson, you play a key role in supporting the food service team by assisting with table service, such as serving beverages, bread, and other items to guests, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment in the dining areas. Your responsibilities also include inspecting tableware for quality and functionality, transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area, and promptly addressing any guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. The position requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to guest service, and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to uphold Hilton's high standards of hospitality.

Working as a Busperson at Hilton offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.90, which is determined based on experience and location. Beyond the financial compensation, Hilton provides extensive benefits to support the health, wellness, and financial security of its employees, including travel perks, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, mental health resources, and retirement plans. Hilton's inclusive culture empowers its team members to take ownership of their actions and contribute positively to the company’s mission to "fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality." Through its emphasis on leadership, integrity, and teamwork, Hilton fosters an environment where Buspersons and other staff members can thrive and deliver exceptional experiences to guests every day.

This opportunity is more than just a job; it’s a chance to become part of a respected global hospitality brand that values quality, customer focus, adaptability, and productivity. Joining Hilton means working in an award-winning culture recognized on the World’s Best Workplaces list and being part of a company that invests in its employees' lifelong success.
